What Happens Next: EZ Computers will respond to your Internet Booking Request within 24 hours Monday to Friday. We can accept bookings up to 2 weeks in advance, with a minimum of 2 days notice. Please wait for your booking confirmation as we may need to ensure systems are ready for you and your group.

We will respond with a quotation for the total cost of the booking, with a deposit of 10% payable in advance. A refund is only applicable if EZ Computers is unable to provide the service at the confirmed time.

Late ending sessions (post 7pm, Monday to Friday) are available, please ask for details.

Terms & Conditions

• EZ Computers does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to accounts, personal data or any other online information arising from the use of our computers.
• All users must be aged 16 or over unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.
• Groups larger than the booked size are subject to a surcharge per extra person.
• All systems, peripherals and components are checked before and after use. Any damage arising from the use or misuse of our equipment will be charged to the booking client.
