Refund Policy

EZ Computers Ltd may, but are under no obligation to, honour requests for refunds for the following reasons

Online Purchases

  • Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, EZ Computers Ltd may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item
  • Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To help prevent this type of return request, we recommend you understand and research the product prior to purchase
  • Consumer Contracts Regulations: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to return the item for a refund, providing notice is given to EZ Computers Ltd within 14 days starting from the day after the day you receive the goods and all seals and packaging remain intact.
    The buyer assumes responsibility for the safe return of the goods and are liable for the return postage costs. Certain goods are not covered by these regulations, for further information please see Which? Consumer Contracts Regulations. To initiate a return, please use our RMA Request form.

In-store Purchases

  • Changed mind: If, after purchasing and collecting a product from our Winton shop, you decide that you no longer require the item you do not have an automatic right to a refund. We judge each refund request on a case by case basis and may offer store credit, part exchange for another product or refuse the return of an item.
